Neuroscience Ceremony Info:
We strive to have a personal and meaningful graduation celebration. During the ceremony, we have the opportunity to show your picture and read a short statement from you as you walk across the stage. In order to have this processional, you will need to sit in alphabetical order by last name with the other students in the front rows of Ackerman Grand Ballroom. Our ceremony lasts about 1.5 hours. Refreshments are served at the closing of the ceremony. The Neuroscience graduation is Saturday June 15th, 2013 from 1-2:30pm in Ackerman Grand Ballroom. You can order tickets on MyUCLA beginning in Week 5. We are usually able to approve extra ticket requests. I will be able to let you know for sure after the first order period ends. It is open seating for all guests, be sure to have your families arrive on time.

Things to Do:

-Make sure your current email address is subscribed on the Neuroscience mailing list. All the information about the Neuroscience commencement ceremony will be sent through it.

-If you are completing NS 198AB/199AB as your Group 3 research option, you must present a poster at the Neuroscience poster session. Instructions will be sent through the mailing list. The Neuroscience Undergraduate poster session is usually the Thursday of Week 8.

-Submit your photo and statement to the NS undergraduate counselor by Monday of Week 8. Tickets will not be distributed unless the items have been received.

-Remember: Just because you participate in commencement, it doesn't mean you have graduated from UCLA. Pay attention to your DPR and make sure you know how you are completing all of your requirements.
